Thank you for choosing to book with The Garden Rooms at Lonton. We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Prices
The price of the accommodation includes the following:
Electricity, linen, towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries, cleaning, hot & cold water, central heating, Logs & Kindling and WIFI.
Pets
Unfortunately the properties are not suitable for pets.
Smoking
All our Huts are strictly NO SMOKING inside. Anyone found to be smoking inside of our Huts will be liable for the cost of full deep clean and any inconveniences caused to following guests bookings.
Acceptance of Children
Unfortunately the properties are not suitable for children under the age of 18 – please be aware that each Shepherd Hut can only sleep 2 people.
Cancellation & Deposits
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay a cancellation fee, even if we have not yet received your balance. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid it.
We may only offer a rebooking or transfer of your booking dates at our discretion and your original booking arrival date must be over 30 days before for Short term Lets & 42 days before for Longer Stays.
Cancellation Fees
Short Let Bookings (2 & 3 Nights): Full payment is made at the time of your booking via the website. You can cancel anytime up to 30 days prior to your arrival date with no charge. After this time cancellations are non refundable.
Longer Stays (4 – 7+ Nights):
Full payment is made at the time of your booking via the website. You can cancel anytime up to 42 days prior to your arrival date with no charge. If you cancel after 42 days prior arrival date, 50% of your booking fee will be non refundable.
NOTE: If you would prefer to pay 50% deposit at the time of booking, please contact us. Thereafter, the balance would be due 42 days before your arrival date. We will send you a reminder via email to pay the remaining balance a week before. If payment is not received 42 days prior to arrival, the booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be non-refundable.
Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for your booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Arrival & Check In
Your accommodation will be available to you from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your accommodation. Please advise us at least 1 day before your arrival date of an approximate arrival time to allow us make sure we are available to check you in and hand over your key. We always try to make sure your hot tub is warmed and ready for your arrival, so, if you get delayed please message us as soon as possible. Thank you.
Parking
There is free designated parking for 1 vehicle per booking – parking is off road at the top of the driveway. NOTE: Parking on our property is entirely at the owners risk.
Departure
Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Damages and Breakages:
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur (if timing is appropriate). We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Liability
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
